TAVNZ Basketball Fellowship
A Place to Play and Connect
TAVNZ Basketball Fellowship is part of the Sports Ministry of The Avenue Village NZ. It is a welcoming place where people can enjoy basketball, meet new friends, encourage one another, and build meaningful relationships.
People do not need to be members of our church to come and get to know us. Whether you enjoy playing basketball, want to meet people, or simply want to spend time with friends and families, we want this to be a place where people feel welcome.
Our desire is not simply to gather people around a game, but to build real friendships, encourage one another, help each other, and create opportunities for people to connect with the life of the church and learn more about the True Jesus Christ.
More Than Basketball
Basketball gives us an opportunity to spend time together outside our Sunday gatherings. We play, laugh, encourage one another, meet new people, and strengthen friendships.
We also want everything we do to reflect who we are as a church. That means treating people with respect, helping one another, praying together, and caring about people beyond what happens on the basketball court.
